Jason has been working for the largest collections and recoveries companies for over two decades, having served in management and director positions for Experian and TDX.

Carlos has spent the past 30+ years working in financial services and is a specialist within collections and recoveries. He has held senior roles at TDX, Capital One, and NatWest.

Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in key roles at Egg Bank, Citi Bank and TDX Group where she was Head of Supplier Delivery, Quality and Performance for the debt management function.

Mike is a leader with over 30 years' experience delivering new capability and service management to both the financial and application service markets. He has worked in highly outsourced, matrixed and direct line delivery environments and firmly believes successful teams are built through clarity of accountability, listening and acting.

Chris is a board member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association and has held senior positions at Marston Holdings, The Sheriffs Office and Shergroup Limited.

Anesh has over 20 years’ experience in highly regulated Financial Services environments, covering business restructuring and consultancy, full portfolio and/or business divestiture process, credit risk process improvement, strategic balance sheet and income statement management.

Victoria has over 18 years’ experience working in debt recovery, having held senior roles at Fredrickson International, Lowell and Qualco working with clients in the utility, telco, banking, retail and government sectors.
