Jamie is best known for bringing changes to the enforcement industry and being pivotal in the new regulations that were launched in 2014. In 2004 he formed JBW Group now the UK’s second largest enforcement company. Jamie sold JBW Group in 2016 to the global outsourcing giant Outsourcing Inc. During Jamie’s career is played a key part in the recovery strategy for the Ministry of Justice, Transport for London, Highways England and over 100 local Government organisations across the UK. Jamie studied business at Cranfield, LBS and Stanford University and in 2018 was ranked as Cranfield Business School Entrepreneur of the Year.

Nick is a qualified management accountant and has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Nick has held senior analytical and finance positions in Alliance & Leicester, AA Insurance and Capital One, where he was the first Senior operational analyst employed in the UK. In 2007, Nick joined TDX and built the Advisory business and working with sectors including Financial Services, Telco, Utilities, central and local government. After the purchase of TDX by Equifax, Nick became responsible for Collections and Recoveries consultancy for Equifax international. Nick studied accounting and finance at the University of Huddersfield.
