Our onboarding process is swift. Within 7 days of our last meeting, we will set you up as a client and test the systems for the receiving of cases and remittance of funds. You will then be sent a report confirming that we are ready to go live.

Step 3 - we get started
Send us cases and we will start to provide our service.
In the first 6 weeks, we like to meet with you at least once a week to understand how you feel about our service and the work we are completing on your behalf.
