How we manage data

Data that is passed to us cannot be shared with anyone other than our agreed list of suppliers.

In addition to adhering to the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR, we are certified to ISO27001, the international standard for information security. This means that the policies, processes and controls which contribute to keeping consumer data secure are subject to independent audit every year.

How we get paid

Our services do not cost you a penny more than instructing a High Court Enforcement company direct. We charge the enforcement company a subscription and a commission fee. The service we offer in return for our fee is:

  • data/behavioural science and trace information to enhance the collection strategy
  • sending of the Notice of Enforcement by Royal Mail Recorded Post
  • debtor telephone support and collections
  • allocation of a writ to any location throughout England and Wales
  • oversight and management of the collection process including the compliance with regulations, ISO standards and best practices
  • collection of monies, holding of monies in dedicated client accounts and remittance of funds
  • creditor reporting
  • a single digital infrastructure to ensure transparent access to information and reporting
  • High Court Enforcement and emotional intelligence training

There are different degrees of membership of the Association. These are:

  • Full members - are Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers
  • Student members - are individuals undergoing training to become authorised,
  • Associate members - are individuals who have completed their academic training but are yet to be authorised, and

Christopher Badger, the Just High Court Enforcement Officer and Director of Compliance, holds the position of Complaints Officer of the executive board.

If you have received a Notice of Enforcement from us, please make contact using the methods that are provided on that form.

If you have been told your debt has been passed to us but are yet to receive notice, then please contact us using the methods detailed in the contact us page of this website.

If you are struggling to make ends meet and can't pay your debt it is always best to be open and honest about your circumstances. You can contact us, and we will present your circumstances to the creditor. In most cases, debt resolution is much more important than collection. This means the creditor is likely to support a payment plan or extension in the time you have been given to pay.
