Jamie is best known for bringing changes to the enforcement industry and being pivotal in the new regulations that were launched in 2014. In 2004 he formed JBW Group now the UK’s second largest enforcement company. Jamie sold JBW Group in 2016 to the global outsourcing giant Outsourcing Inc. During Jamie’s career is played a key part in the recovery strategy for the Ministry of Justice, Transport for London, Highways England and over 100 local Government organisations across the UK. Jamie studied business at Cranfield, LBS and Stanford University and in 2018 was ranked as Cranfield Business School Entrepreneur of the Year.

Andrew has worked with Arum since 2004 and is highly experienced in transformational change programmes for governments, financial services, utility, DCA and other credit management organisations. Andrew studied business at Cranfield University.

Scott has worked within the credit management industry for over 15 years and held senior positions with global outsourcing and software organisations. Through Scott’s career he has managed and placed over £5bn of accounts into the market place from the private and public sector. Scott studied business at Cranfield University.

Nick is a qualified management accountant and has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Nick has held senior analytical and finance positions in Alliance & Leicester, AA Insurance and Capital One, where he was the first Senior operational analyst employed in the UK. In 2007, Nick joined TDX and built the Advisory business and working with sectors including Financial Services, Telco, Utilities, central and local government. After the purchase of TDX by Equifax, Nick became responsible for Collections and Recoveries consultancy for Equifax international. Nick studied accounting and finance at the University of Huddersfield.

Dominic is a qualified chartered accountant and experienced collections professional with extensive experience in consumer collections and wider business operations. Dominic ran Consumer Billing & Collections for BT before joining Lowell Group as MD for Fredrickson. Dominic studied accountancy and economics at the City, University of London.

Chris is also a board member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association where he holds position of industry Complaints Officer. Chris has, in the past held senior positions at Marston Holdings, The Sheriffs Office and Shergroup Limited. Chris studied business at the University of East Anglia.

Peter has held senior operational positions within both the Civil and High Court enforcement industry for over 20 years at various national organisations including Marston Holdings and High Court Enforcement Group. While at Marston Holding, Peter was responsible  for the management of over 100 Enforcement Agents that represented Her Majesty’s Court & Tribunals Service (HMCTS). Peter is a certificated enforcement agent himself and has held this accreditation for 20 years.

Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and current President of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) West Midlands Association. Neil has previously held positions as the National Head of High Court Client Services at Europe’s largest High Court Enforcement companies and Client Development Director (Debt Recovery) at a global legal firm. Neil has worked in legal services for over 20 years.

Chantelle is Business Strategy  professional and has more than 15 years of experience in business, corporate finance, investment, and growth. During her career, she has assisted the Chairman of Just with his sale of JBW Group to the international outsourcing giant, Outsourcing Inc and also the development, growth a sale of Hito to the same buyer. Chantelle is a Cranfield Business School MBA.

Lajos is a PHD graduate from UCL and has been building enforcement related data, analytics and insight models since 2011. Lajos has built enforcement related data sets to assist in the enforcement of court debts for Transport for London, Highways England, DVLA, Student Loans Company, the Ministry of Justice and over 100 local government organisations. Lajos also played a pivotal role in supporting the UK Government Pathfinder trial on behalf of Hewlett Packard which lead to the Government initiative and joint venture project for the debt market integrator. 

OUR HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Chris started his career in the High Court Enforcement industry in 2003 after graduating from the University of East Anglia when he joined Burchell and Ruston Solicitors who were the Under Sheriffs’ Office for Greater London and Surrey. Chris was appointed to act as an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer in 2005 by Senior Master Robert Turner.

Chris has acted as an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer for a number of businesses including, The Sheriffs’ Office and Marston Holdings.

Over the past 15+ years, Chris has developed his skills in the technical aspects of High Court Enforcement and has significant experience in dealing with complicated enforcement matters and those that involve execution against specialised and high-value assets such as aircraft.  He also has substantial experience in dealing with Court applications, such as those involving disputes regarding seized assets and applications to sell goods by private treaty sale.

Chris holds an executive board position of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association.
